Ernest West & Beynon recently partnered with Australian-based refrigeration company Cold Logic, which has been awarded a contract for the refrigeration requirements of the first batch of new Hunter class frigates for the Royal Australian Navy.

The new designs for the Hunter class will reference the designs for Type 26 project, for which EWB is currently overseeing the build and installation of.
The combination of EWB’s extensive experience working on British Royal Naval ships with Cold Logic’s expertise delivering bespoke refrigeration systems will ensure the construction of a high-quality system for the new ships.
